About You:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who possesses a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
You will be responsible for assessing, communicating, and documenting resident status, observing and reporting any significant changes in behavior and health, and directing and supervising the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants. You will also closely mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants and coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse and previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position. They will also hold a current state license as an LPN and CPR certification and be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
