We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Ridge. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will accurately assess and document residents' status, directing and supervising Resident Care Assistants as needed. They will also coordinate care needs with community providers and balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
Requirements
Candidates must have a current state license as an LPN, CPR certification, and a graduate degree from an approved LPN program. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a nurse is preferred, with previous experience working with the elderly highly desirable.
