Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to uphold facility cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain housekeeping supply inventory and oversee proper usage of cleaning materials.
- Ensure all resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces are cleaned according to facility protocols.
- Assist in scheduling and managing housekeeping team workloads efficiently.
- Work closely with nursing, maintenance, and administrative staff to address cleanliness concerns.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations related to cleanliness and infection control.
- Respond promptly to resident and staff housekeeping requests.
