Orrville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is an 88 bed skilled nursing facility located in Orrville, Ohio. We are currently seeking to fill the role of Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor. The qualified candidate for this position will have previous skilled nursing facility.
Job Requirements
- The Housekeeping Supervisor must have working knowledge of all equipment needed and used in the housekeeping and laundry areas for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility as well as ensuring linen and personal clothing is provided to the residents daily.
- Must be knowledgeable of the use of Universal Precautions and follow precautionary measures for isolation linen.
- Understands and demonstrates basic knowledge of chemicals/hazards, general duties to maintain the cleanliness of a health care facility, standard requirements for housekeeping/laundry, monitor and maintain supplies needed and used.
- Supervises the cleaning of facility common areas and resident rooms including drapes, privacy curtains, windows, and window sills, walls, mattresses, beds/bed frames, supplies and storage areas.
