Meadow Woodfire Grill was born from the idea of capturing everything we love about the classic American steakhouse but with modern techniques and global flavors. Centered around live fire cooking, we offer prime steaks, high quality seafood and the best produce the season has to offer. Paired with our innovative beverage program that combines exciting cocktails and a curated wine list, our menu aims to strike a balance between adventurous and familiar.
Successful candidates will have at least (5) years previous fine dining experience, a broad knowledge of wine and spirits, and a genuine demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge, and provide guests with menu updates, wine parings and more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and cleaning/polishing glasses and utensils, and all other daily sidework requirements.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Process guest payments in proper and timely fashion, and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Skills: - (2) years Serving / Bartending in an elevated, Upscale, or Fine Dining full-service restaurant. - Strong wine knowledge (level 1 Sommelier is a plus) - Extensive spirit knowledge (Ex. Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Amaro, Aperitifs, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Sales skills to upsell and promote menu items
- Strong sense of hospitality to help create a welcoming environment for our guests
- strong time management / sense of urgency to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Banquet experience is a plus for handling large events or parties
- Safe food handling knowledge to ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating change
