Job Description
As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for transcribing physician orders and documenting resident information as necessary. This includes notifying physicians and family members when needed.
You will also prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician, while maintaining a good working rapport with all disciplines to ensure that all aspects of resident needs can be adequately met.

Requirements:
- Currently licensed to practice as an RN/LPN in the state
- Able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and their families
