Job Summary
Meadowbrook Naperville is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training development, payroll processing, and human capital management. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate data entry into HR systems
- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment for all employees.
- Provide guidance on FMLA policies and procedures to both employees and management.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, providing support for conflict resolution and performance management.
- Support project management initiatives within the HR department to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year's Human Resources experience in a skilled nursing setting required.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate employee records.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Paylocity and Smartlinx preferred.
