Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience managing a team of security personnel.
- Strong knowledge of security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- Certification in security management.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Experience with emergency management and response.
- Experience with security technology, such as access control systems and CCTV.
Responsibilities:
