Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Clerk

We have an immediate opening for one full-time bookkeeper / office staff. Compensation is market-competitive, negotiable and commensurate with experience. We are currently using QuickBooks for all aspects of our accounting system, inventory and payroll. You must have a minimum of 2 years in a bookkeeping position. The best candidate will be a self starter, detail oriented and able to multi task, and be fully experienced with QuickBooks. You must be able to use Microsoft Office and also a little Excel use required. Daily tasks of answering multi-line phone, customer set-up, calculating employee time and entry, A/R, A/P, payroll, general filing, customer service with fleet accounts and assisting with various office duties as needed but not limited to all of the above.

Candidate must have a valid standard class C driver's license (minimum) with reliable daily transportation.

Hours: 40 hrs weekly, 7:59 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

No 2nd or 3rd shifts, nights or weekends!

Overtime may be occasionally be available and is voluntary whenever possible.
