Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and promotional campaigns.
- Community Engagement : Monitor and manage all social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness of each social media campaign, adjust strategies based on analytical findings to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaboration and Coordination : Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, and other partners for co-marketing initiatives.
- Team Management: Manage workflows, delegate tasks, and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the social media team.
- Support Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the conversion optimization team to meticulously track and analyze user engagement and behavior, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance our online conversion processes.
- Blog Writing: Develop captivating blog posts that both educate and inspire our audience, sharing culinary insights, wellness tips, and creative meal prep ideas.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Play a key role in formulating and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that elevate our brand, showcase our menu offerings, and amplify promotional initiatives.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and marketing innovations, integrating forward-thinking strategies to fortify and expand our digital footprint.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive competitor analyses to identify strategic opportunities and establish benchmarks that guide the evolution of our marketing initiatives.
A successful Marketing Coordinator will have:
- 3 years of experience in Marketing
- 1 Year of administrative proficiency
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Creation and management
- 1 years Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Expertise in paid advertising will be a diferencial
- The ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention
