Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job site operations, coordinating with crew leaders to achieve quality and efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Purchaser to optimize material procurement and labor allocation.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance project management and team productivity.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in landscaping, including 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation, and safety regulations.
- Experience with Aspire software and Microsoft Office Suite.
