MeanPug Digital is a full-service digital agency specializing in legal services. What does that mean exactly? Well, while some legal marketing agencies are focused on just a single or small set of services, we are a soup-to-nuts partner in growth for law firms. That means we handle everything from creative design and web development to PPC and SEO to strategy, operations, and reporting. Basically, we're a CMO Marketing team in a box for mid-sized to large law firms.

Responsibilities
- Own the event sales process: Warm up your event, attend, and follow up—you're the first impression of MeanPug at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Be the face of MeanPug at legal industry events: You'll represent us in person, engaging attorneys, networking with key decision-makers, and building relationships.
- Generate leads and drive sales: Your goal is to identify potential clients, establish meaningful connections, and work with our internal sales team to convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate and maximize event impact: Work with our marketing and sales teams to ensure we're attending the right events, targeting the right prospects, and leaving a lasting impression.
- Manage post-event follow-ups: You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships built at events, ensuring that potential clients move through the sales funnel.
- Stay on top of industry trends: Know the key players, the major events, and where the best networking opportunities lie.
- 2 years of sales experience in legal services, digital marketing, or a related industry
- Experience in event-based sales: You've been the person closing deals, making connections, and representing a company at industry events.
- Comfortable talking to attorneys: Understanding law firm dynamics and being able to navigate legal industry conversations is a must.
- Excellent communication and networking skills: You can build relationships on the spot and make people remember you.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through: Your event impact doesn't stop when the conference ends.
- Energetic and adaptable: Events are unpredictable—you can roll with the punches and turn every interaction into an opportunity.
- Experience working for a legal services vendor (e.g., legal tech, CRM providers, litigation finance companies)
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Outreach.io)
- Existing network within the legal industry
- A proven track record of hitting sales goals at events
