We are seeking an organized and team-oriented office administrator with strong communication skills to join our sales team! The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, assisting with order management, coordinating logistics, and maintaining records. Additionally, this role will include some executive assistant duties for the Director of Sales, such as scheduling, communications, and organizational support. This position is crucial in ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations. This position is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the craft brewery business. Our Sales Admin…
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the sales team and Director of Sales
- Onboards new customers into our CRM software, specifically Ekos
- Directs inquiries and donation request to the appropriate departments
- Submits label approvals through the TTB and TABC
- Has a strong knowledge of Meanwhile’s beer and service capabilities
- Collects payment from customers and record transactions on invoices and company logs
- Liaises with customers, delivery drivers, and sales reps to ensure timely deliveries
- Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices and maintains and updates sales & customer records
- Process monthly sales reports, expense reports, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.
- Has strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Requirements to Apply:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or executive assistant role (experience in the beverage or hospitality industry is a plus).
- This is a full-time position – Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands on Experience with CRM software, MS Office, or Google Drive is a plus. You will be working with Fintech and Ekos on a daily basis.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and to prioritize work
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification in marketing, sales, or relevant field is a plus
- You must be able to communicate issues/exceptions/resolution plans for missed deliveries with the sales team.
