Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Financial Advisor Assistant located in Roseville, CA. The Financial Advisor Assistant will assist financial advisors in managing client portfolios, preparing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing financial information, coordinating client meetings, and maintaining records. The role also involves communicating with clients to address their inquiries and support their financial decision-making process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism inside and outside an office setting
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Investments is a plus
