What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruiter position at Meats by Linz, Inc.?
Meats by Linz is seeking a full-time in-house bilingual recruiter to help fill our growing ranks. We are looking for an extremely resourceful candidate that can think outside of the box to bring in new talent.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of employees in production, supervisory and professional positions.
- Use of social media and other networking channels to find candidates.
- Find new sources of candidate gathering such as community events, job-fairs, etc
- Research industry trends to create accurate, relative, and enticing job postings.
- Interview and screen for rapid expansion and on-going employment needs.
- Handle recruitment through onboarding
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media job postings
Ad placement for openings and Job Fair involvement in community.
Employee Surveys
KPIs and analytics for retention and staff development
Job description and knowledge of how all positions integrate.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Experience:
Experience in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing recruiting background preferred. Outgoing and strong social skills. Proven recruiting track record; history in team building and establishment of KPIs.
Other:
Recruiting background, 3-5 years of experience and committed to long-term employment.

Excellent communication written and oral
Excellent time management skills
Bi-lingual (Spanish required)
