Summary:
Responsible for ensuring timely, clear, and consistent communication. Work closely with management and other business units in a variety of duties and deliverables to provide administrative support for the smooth operations of the business unit.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage day-to-day operations of an office supporting leadership and team members screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and/or referring to the appropriate staff.
- Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting, making copies, filing, scheduling meetings, sending invites and sending mail. Take initiative on requests and inquiries of an administrative nature.
- Prepare and review expense reports for various car holders within the Concur system.
- Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, reports or presentations, agendas, organizational charts, flow charts, reports and other documents in support of departmental operations and objectives.
Position Requirements:
- Some higher education in communications of Project Management
- Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in administration or project management
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong communicator, agile in approach to work, detail oriented, and a creative problem-solver.
Base Range: $16.00-$20.00
