Responsibilities

• Ensures work area is clean and clear of safety hazards
• Promotes safe work practices and environment with himself/herself and those near the work area
• Uses specified PPE
• Maintains equipment per the established procedures and policies
• Sets up milling center in accordance with training and process documentation
• Completes product inspections and assures quality in accordance with the established processes
• Machines product as per the department schedule or supervisor's directives
• Ensures machine is functioning properly and produces quality product
• Maintains machining tools
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three to six months experience and/or training; or equivalent combination is preferred.
• CNC experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to train and work with others (Team Concept).
