MECCA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Promotions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Your primary focus will be on developing innovative promotions and events, including gaming tournaments, business partnerships, specific marketing plans, and exciting special events and promotions for patrons. You will work closely with outside agencies to promote and produce these events, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
In addition to your creative flair, you must have strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. You will also be responsible for maintaining schedules of upcoming promotions, events, and tournaments, as well as producing pre- and post-event evaluation reports for senior management.
