As a Sales & Promotions Specialist, you’ll take charge of executing in-store events that drive brand awareness and sales. You’ll serve as the key liaison between Summit and our retail partners, ensuring flawless execution and building strong, long-lasting relationships. Your skillset will also play a crucial role in testing and launching new products, giving you a front-row seat to industry innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic in-store events that enhance brand visibility and maximize sales impact.
- Be the primary point of contact between Summit Retail Solutions and our retail partners, ensuring smooth operations and fostering lasting relationships.
- Develop and implement product demonstrations, promotions, and merchandising strategies to create a significant presence in-store.
- Take an active role in testing and launching new products, providing valuable feedback to optimize strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting tactics to continuously exceed goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and event plans.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, promotions, or event marketing (experience in retail or club stores is a plus!).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven – able to thrive independently or as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reporting tools.
- Ability to travel up to 40 miles to retail locations.
