Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to install, repair, and service equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical expertise, troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The position involves travel to various locations, including Phoenix, Dallas, and Oklahoma, to ensure equipment is functioning at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems at customer locations.
- Diagnose issues and implement solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Install new equipment and provide on-site training to customers as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document service work, parts used, and any recommendations for future service.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and ensure satisfaction.
- Travel 30-40% of the time to customer sites in Phoenix, Dallas, Oklahoma, and other areas as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with industrial equipment, machinery, or similar technical systems.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Comfortable working independently and managing service calls efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in field service, maintenance, or repair roles.
- Certifications or technical training in mechanical or electrical systems.
- Experience with PLCs or automated systems (a plus).
