Inside Sales Fulfillment Team Member
Job Description:
As the Inside Sales Fulfillment Team Member, your job is to support the sales staff by making sure all invoices are accounted for and invoiced correctly, working with vendors when equipment is shipped short or damaged and keeping up with the startup of equipment. Team Member must be able to work well with others and have a solid background in business skills, organization, and time management.
Responsibilities
- Review invoices for discrepancies and approve for payment. Work closely with accounting to make sure credits for pricing or shortages are received.
- Review all order information and identify necessary corrections.
- Work with vendors/freight lines when equipment is received short or damaged.
- Fix back end issues such as missed items that need to be ordered or return of items that were ordered incorrectly or no longer needed.
- Update startup log and make initial contact with project managers when equipment has shipped to see when they are ready for startup. Work with service to get startups scheduled.
- Have some basic technical knowledge to be able to read submittals to determine the scope of work provided and provide solutions should problems arise.
- Provide Order Entry assistance to the Inside Sales department on an as needed basis.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mandatory organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be proactive and capable of working autonomously, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Good analytical skills to recognize and solve problems in a timely manner.
- Understand certain HVAC technical language and vernacular.
