The MCA of NW Ohio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to oversee member engagement, education initiatives, and women in mechanical contracting programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that support growth and development of our members and industry.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Engagement:
- Oversee all aspects of membership meetings and receptions, ensuring seamless event logistics.
- Maintain and update membership lists on the MCA database and website.
- Track and analyze attendance at membership meetings.
- Actively recruit new MCA Contractor and Associate Members, managing new memberships and supplies for professional onboarding experience.
- Promote MCA membership benefits through digital and in-person engagement.
- Leverage social media platforms to increase MCA visibility, highlight events, and engage with current and prospective members.
- Support additional duties as assigned by the Board President and EVP.
Education Programs:
· Develop and manage educational programs and workshops for members.
· Coordinate with industry experts and trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions.
· Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
· Promote educational opportunities to members to ensure high participation rates.
· Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability.

Women in Mechanical Contracting:
· Develop and implement programs that support and promote women in the mechanical contracting industry.
· Organize networking events, mentorship programs, and workshops.
· Collaborate with other organizations to promote women in the trades.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in program management, preferably in a similar industry or association.
· Strong organizational and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience in developing and managing educational programs.
· Knowledge of the mechanical contracting industry is as asset.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and overall tech-savvy (familiarity with social media).

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
