We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support our Service Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping others, and are passionate about teamwork and customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Act as a secondary dispatcher for our field service team and provide backup support to the Service Coordinator.
- Manage monthly filter and belt inventory for maintenance agreements.
- Review maintenance reports and provide summaries to customers.
- Enter purchase orders and assist with quote dispatches.
- Close non-billable and parked quotes monthly.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in an HVAC service department or customer service role.
- Proven ability to support a fast-paced team with dependability and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to meeting deadlines with outstanding follow-through.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday:
- Option 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Option 2: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
