Our San Antonio, TX Service Center is seeking an On-site Operatins Manager for MD&A's Industrial Gas Turbines Division.
The primary purpose of this position is to execute schedules, to meet production needs throughout the production floor, and support all shipping and receiving activities of the facility including :
- Full responsibility of shop floor
- Scheduling
- Logistics / Transportation
- Employees Daily Task, through Leads
- Customer Support as needed
- Tooling / Safety / Process Flow
- Lead Production Meetings
- Be the communication point / coordinator between Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, EH&S and Facilities
