MD&A is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing business. The position is located at our IGT Division in San Antonio, Texas.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll.
- Provide periodic payroll support to shop managers and cell leads.
- Responsible for timely processing of vendor invoices following standard operating procedures and policies. Verify work product to ensure accuracy of payments to suppliers.
- Report daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Payable activity.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts. Identify outstanding invoices and take corrective actions.
- Support implementation of auto-AP software tool, documenting new process and procedures.
- Provide support to Administrative Assistant with new vendor set-up and maintenance of existing vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and tax details.
- Review employee expense reports, verifying expenses comply with travel and expense policy.
