MD&A's Industrial Gas Turbine Division in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to lead and grow the Aero / Gas Turbine Parts services. This position will be located at our San Antonio, Texas facility.
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Lead and manage repair and services teams to meet customers' Quality and On-Time Delivery requirements.
- Reduce operational risks by ensuring all company safety measures and protocols are followed.
- Plans, controls, and maintains all operational costs consistent with established business priorities and goals.
- Create and promote a continuous improvement environment / culture where all employees actively contribute to improvement suggestions and ideas.
- Ability to obtain, analyze, and act on new or established financial profitability targets.
- Work and enhance relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing internal and external supply chains. Ensure adequate levels of inventory and consumables to support production forecasts.
- Proved leadership support in employee selection / talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, coaching and mentoring, and employee engagement processes and programs in alignment with all business goals, visions, and values.
