Fast Growing & Dynamic HVAC manufacturer’s representative located in Austin, TX is searching for an estimating administrator to join the team.
Candidates must be able to perform the following duties but not limited to :
- Managing bid files, bid list, customer database, etc
- Support estimating team in estimating / take offs of projects assigned.
- Review & understand bid documents : project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Print plans and specification and organize in bid files
- Administer and coordinate weekly customer bid lists with MRI bid calendar
- Administer and review addendum(s) for changed and communicate with sales team
- Send Requests For Quotes to vendors as required for pricing
- Assist in special projects for the betterment of all Mechanical Reps employees
- Performing other duties as may be required ( i.e. assist with marketing, social media initiatives)
- Help manage client relationships by being a point of contact on proposals as needed on bid days
2 years with commercial construction or HVAC experience preferred but nor required
