Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Journeyman HVAC Service Technician at Mechanical Services, Inc. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair, installation and replacement, retrofit services and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience or apprenticeship equivalence.
- Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license. Employees must maintain insurability as a requirement for employment.
- EPA Certification
- Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant HVAC technical training or certifications
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a commercial environment.
- Technicians should have solid electrical, mechanical and HVAC experience with commercial equipment.
- Operate the machinery and tools utilized in the repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment
- Communicate effectively
