Job Overview :

A Client Interface Manager is responsible for managing the business relationship with our clients, resulting in thrilled customers that consistently renew their contracts and expand their business with Mechdyne. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with clients and the Mechdyne operations / service delivery team to deliver a high level of service to clients and ensure open communication amongst key managers on the teams. Individuals must be willing to travel as needed (20%), be comfortable running monthly service review meetings and engaging clients in conversation, able to analyze, interpret and apply data, understand a SOW, and eager to support our sales team in pursuit of new opportunities.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, learning their business model and needs and developing additional solutions as appropriate. Seek out additional growth opportunities by listening carefully to client needs as well as analyzing monthly performance data to highlight emerging trends and provide value-add solutions.
  • Engage in regular in-person meetings with clients, as well as ensuring face to face and virtual meetings are conducted regularly. Be an active participant and leader of these meetings. Meetings include weekly operational reviews, monthly performance reviews, and regular strategic reviews (as needed).
  • Develop monthly metric presentations for all assigned customers, which provide value-added analysis and insights. Review presentations with the Director of Business Services and / or GM at least 3 business days before presenting or on any other schedule established by the Director of Business Services.
  • Provide monthly summary of client scorecards to the General Manager and Director of Business Services.
  • Ensure action items are identified and follow up is prompt and thorough.
  • Renew and grow existing business as defined in your annual goals.
  • Coach and mentor team leads to support their career growth and ability to handle new situations.
  • Complete client invoice audits for approval to the billing department.

  • At least two years of experience managing clients.
  • Excellent understanding of technology in the work environment.
  • Qualifications That Will Set You Apart :

  • Service Desk and Desktop support expertise to enable one to advise clients on best practices.
  • Experience with Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Call center experience.

    Salary Range : $52,000 - $60,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
