Position Summary
The Social Services Program Coordinator (Child Family Teams Facilitator) will coordinate and supervise the overall functions of a program within social services. This individual contributor position, under minimal supervision,isresponsibleforensuringqualitycontrolandappropriatenessoftheprogram,coordinating special projects, and preparing applicable reports.
Thispositionmayrequireafterhours(after5pm)andweekendworkas needed. This position will be located at 3205 Freedom Dr., Charlotte, NC 28208.
Essential Functions
Primaryfunctionsconsistofcoordinatingandfacilitatingteammeetingsandcommunitypartnersandstaff Coordinate and supervise program activities and assist in the development of program
Conductstaffmeetingswithpersonneltodiscussplans,programs,andissues;workcloselywithother supervisors and managers
Participates in staff conferences regarding programs.
Investigateandtakeaction onrequests,suggestionsorcomplaintsconcerningservicesintheassigned area
Monitorcurrentprogramsandassistwiththedevelopmentofnewprograms Complete monthly and quarterly program reports
Participateinstaffconferences,workshopsandotherlearningregardingassignedprograms
Mayberequiredtostaffsheltersintheeventof disaster
MinimumQualifications
Experience:
Education
Minimumofthreeyearsofsocialservicesorhumanservices experience.
Bachelor'sdegreeinarelated field.
