We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join the fast-growing Kenyon & Partners, Inc. Team in the Tampa area.
Job Responsibilities
This position reports to the local Project Manager and is responsible for engaging with the service team and all of our customers.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal numbers. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join the fast-growing Kenyon & Partners, Inc. Team in the Tampa area.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete many different Mechanical construction tasks, including chiller layout, pump layout, pipe installation, hangers, running sub-contractors, and other skilled scopes as needed
- Travel to various job sites
- Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans for accurate installations.
- Monitor job site safety, enforce company policies, and ensure proper use of PPE and tools.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior plumbers and apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate project needs.
- Conduct quality control checks, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain detailed project records, including work progress, material usage, and incident reports
- Ensure job site cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
- Oversee mechanical work on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies, promoting a safety-first culture

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience
- Willing to train and develop skills in the role
- Must have own basic hand and power tools
- General construction knowledge required; experience in mechanical systems or HVAC is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with a team
- Must have a clean background and driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test is required
- Additional trade skills or certifications are a plus
