Position Summary
Solicits and services a variety of commercial loans with primary duties in the large "middle market" commercial loans that include asset based lending and operating lines of credit. Creates marketing and business development initiatives that are consistent with corporate goals to maintain existing business and generate new revenue streams for Commercial Lending. Works independently when analyzing financial information to determine business member qualifications for lending products and credit-worthiness. Underwrites transactions and makes recommendations to Business Loan Committee while adhering to Credit Union's loan policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Creates and maintains profitable relationships with professionals, such as accountants and attorneys, in order to maintain an active network of business referrals. Cross-sells business credit union products and services where applicable. Works on collections activity for existing members when delinquencies occur.
Work Location
This position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore. Incumbent will be required to report in office for this role. Upon completion of 90 days incumbent may work hybrid schedule.

Education
- High School Diploma – Required
- General Education Degree (GED) – in lieu of H.S. Diploma
- Associates Degree - General Studies - Preferred
- Five (5) to eight (8) yrs. banking or Credit Union experience required
- Two (2) to four (4) yrs. Commercial Lending experience and sales background required
- Completion of a formalized credit training program strongly preferred
- Some knowledge of real estate and construction lending helpful
Salary Range per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- $18.27- $26.54
