Serves as a primary patient and medical practitioner contact to coordinate the treatment of patients needing, physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy. Manages patient’s appointments and check-in process and is responsible for administrative tasks such as answering the phone, new patient paperwork, cash management, faxing, filing and patient follow-up.

- Serves as a primary patient contact both on the phone and face-to-face with customers. Welcomes, greets, checks- in and collects patient payments, and assist with scheduling and new patient orders.
- Performs administrative tasks such as: distribution of mail, cash drawer management, patient status follow up, filing, faxing, copying, month end totals, ordering of office supplies and maintaining a clean, comfortable and informative atmosphere for patients and guests.
- Completes intake information on referrals and schedules patients for visits. Assures that practitioner and referral information is properly received.
- Assists with communicating to patients their benefits and financial responsibility.
- Tracks the collection of payments from patients and guests.
