Med-Dyne is a medical device manufacturing company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help streamline our operations and assist with key administrative, sales, and operational tasks. This is a dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the President to support various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle various administrative tasks. Report directly to the president on outcomes and follow up actions.
-Manage and schedule meetings as the main point of contact.
-Work closely with the production team to perform production related tasks such as inventory management, quality control, data entry, and managerial responsibilities.
-Assist with customer follow ups, help manage sales pipeline, and support operational tasks across different departments.
-Attend weekly sales and production meetings with internal team.
The ideal candidate will be be comfortable taking charge and making decisions. Independence is encouraged in this role. You should be determined, organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, friendly, positive, and eager to work with all aspects of small business management.
Preferred: 3-7 years of experience providing administrative support; proficient computer skills and in depth knowledge of relevant software.
