Production Assembler/Inspector
We are looking for a hard-working Production Assembler/Inspector to work in a cleanroom assembling high-quality micro-surgical devices. The Assembler/Inspector’s responsibilities include maximizing production yields while minimizing production rejects, assemble micro-surgical devices with hand tools (e.g. tweezers) and bonding them together using bonding agent techniques with the aid of a dispenser. Performing visual inspection with a stereomicroscope. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment. Maintaining cleanliness to cleanroom standards and performing duties with proper cleanroom attire. Communicating technical issues and product defects to supervisor and co-workers. Working with a team but maintaining a quiet and distraction-free environment.
Essential Functions: Be able to display strong team values by willfully working with others collaboratively and professionally. Be able to read and write English well. Utilize basic math skills. Be on time. Have excellent attendance. Follow production guidelines and specifications. Attention to detail. Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Possess and maintain a positive attitude.
Benefits: Production employees are eligible for a Production Bonus after a 90-day probationary period. The production bonus could possibly be $200-500 and is based on production quantities with regards to rejection rates whenever product is sent to be sterilized. Additionally, MED-LOGICS pays for 75% of a PPO Health Insurance program and offers PTO on an accrual basis after the 90-day probationary period.
Job Type and Schedule: Full-time starting at $13.50 per hour. Hours of Operation are from 7:30 to 4:30 with a one-hour lunch break.
