This role blends creative thinking with hands-on execution, requiring expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and design.Key Responsibilities : Content Creation and ExecutionDesign visually engaging, on-brand content for digital campaigns, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.Create and edit graphic design assets, videos, and animations tailored for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand voice and strategic goals.Social Media ManagementAssist in developing and implementing comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Oversee and grow our social media presence by crafting and scheduling engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of platform trends.Conduct audience research to target key demographics effectively within the medical aesthetics market.Community EngagementEngage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.Cultivate influencer partnerships and collaborations within the medical aesthetics community to enhance engagement and credibility.Monitor brand mentions, manage online reputation, and foster a positive digital presence.Analytics and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on social media metrics, such as follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance.Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.Campaign ExecutionExecute marketing campaigns promoting new products, services, or events to drive traffic and conversions.Coordinate with the cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and product launches.Qualifications : Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns and creative content.Knowledge of advertising on social media platforms and experience managing ad campaigns.Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.) or equivalent platforms.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting engaging and on-brand copy.Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing performance and translate into actionable insights.A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas, combining aesthetics with a strategic approach to content.Deep understanding of the medical aesthetics and / or medical device industry is strongly preferred.Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with influencer marketing.Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Trello project management software.What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentA collaborative and dynamic team environmentIf you are passionate about marketing, have a keen eye for design, and are ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
