Duties
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
- Assist with training development and coordination of employee development programs
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and basic accounting procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Note: Experience in medical office management or related field is a plus.
