Duties

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information
  • Assist with training development and coordination of employee development programs
  • File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide clerical support to various departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with budgeting principles and basic accounting procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Note: Experience in medical office management or related field is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
