We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust tooling and fixtures as needed for production runs.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for accurate measurements.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring tools.
- Package finished products for shipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a factory setting.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is preferred.
- Experience with tooling, materials handling, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
