Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure optimal patient flow and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years prior Med Spa/ Cosmetic Surgery management experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient care standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive practice growth and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in managing budgets and financial reporting, with a focus on maximizing profitability.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,346.00 - $66,589.00 per year
