Responsibilities:
As our Social Media Specialist, you will:
- Manage & grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest with engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Create high-quality content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics, showcasing our services, treatments, and patient transformations.
- Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes clips) to drive engagement and showcase real results.
- Write compelling captions that connect with our audience and align with our brand voice.
- Engage daily with followers—respond to comments, DMs, and tags to foster community and increase brand loyalty.
- Plan and schedule posts for consistent visibility, ensuring strategic timing and varied content.
- Monitor trends and insights to adjust content strategies based on engagement data and platform updates.
- Capture in-office content (photos/videos of treatments, staff spotlights, patient testimonials—with consent).
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral aesthetics/beauty industry content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and growing business social media accounts (preferably in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics).
- Strong content creation skills—photography, videography, and editing (experience with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, including best practices, engagement tactics, and growth strategies.
- Ability to create high-quality, engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikToks).
- Excellent writing skills for creating compelling captions and engaging posts.
- Comfortable filming in a clinical environment and working with team members to develop content.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms effectively.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and aesthetics is a bonus!

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $18–$30/hour (DOE)
