We are seeking a Doctor Relations Specialist to join our team onsite in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will focus on building strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. By ensuring timely and accurate documentation, you will play a key role in delivering life-enhancing medical equipment to patients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and their staff to streamline document requests and ensure efficient communication.
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to request and follow up on necessary patient documentation.
- Review, verify, and organize medical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist patients by addressing documentation-related concerns and coordinating with providers to resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications, documentation requests, and patient cases.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of medical equipment. Qualifications :

Experience in a healthcare-related role, such as provider relations, medical documentation, or patient support.
Experience working with durable medical equipment (DME) or diabetes-related products.
