Location : Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary : $45K–$50K base commission based on approved CGM orders
Role Overview :
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint within existing doctor’s offices, converting more patients into active CGM users, and streamlining referral processes. This is a high-volume sales role, requiring persistence, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make 75–100 outbound calls per day to engage with doctor’s offices and patients.
- Strengthen relationships with doctors' offices where we have existing patients.
- Convert more patients from those offices to drive CGM orders.
- Streamline referrals so doctors automatically send patients to us.
- Schedule and conduct virtual lunch-and-learns to educate offices and increase order volume.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through consistent follow-ups and closing deals .
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
