Sales Support Specialist
At Med Water Systems we manufacture and install simple, reliable, ultra-pure water purification systems used in medical laboratories across the country. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic organization. In this unique and opportunistic role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support as well as contributing to the success of a growing company. You will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, processing orders, managing data, prospecting, lead generation and facilitating smooth communication between clients and MWS personnel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and is eager to contribute to the success of the Med Water Systems Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of quotes, sales materials, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Update CRM systems with prospect and customer information, tracking sales activities and progress.
- Provide support to the sales team by tracking sales goals, metrics, and progress.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner addressing issues, concerns, or needs and providing product support.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process.
- Follow up on pending orders, returns, and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Work with the operations team to manage product availability, delivery timelines, and stock levels.
- Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for follow-up and nurturing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Background Check and Drug Screening Required
