What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drummond Island - Maintenance Supervisor-Part Time position at Medallion Management, Inc.?
Medallion Management, Inc. Is looking to hire a part-time Maintenance Supervisor employee in Drummond Island, MI. The maintenance supervisor will have various duties relating to the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
-Ensure that all service requests receive within 24 hours.
-Ensure prompt cleaning, painting and maintenance of vacant units.
-Complete move-in and move-out checklist with residents when requested.
-Maintain all plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment in good repair.
-Maintain mulch beds and flowers as needed to achieve Medallion Management’s curb appeal standards.
-Police grounds daily and remove trash, branches, etc.
-Keep all sidewalks free of ice and snow using equipment and chemicals necessary.
-Check and replace light bulbs on buildings and in parking areas regularly.
-Clean building hallways including floors, walls, light fixtures and windows as needed.
-Clean all common areas such as laundry rooms community room, lobby, etc. as needed.
-Keep furnace rooms and maintenance room clean and neat free of hazard.
-On call for maintenance emergencies every other week.
Requirements:
-Must have own tools
-Credit and criminal history checks will be completed
Previous maintenance experience is preferred. Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, and painting is also preferred. Gardening maintenance knowledge is a plus.
