Position : Epic Beaker Principal Trainer

Location : Primarily remote (minimal travel required)

Start Date : 3 3 / 3 / 2025

Contract : 9-month contract

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Epic Beaker Certification
  • 3 years as a certified Principal Trainer
  • Go-live experience preferred
  • Ability to work on a communicative team while also completing tasks as an individual

Responsibilities :

  • Develops content and documentation tools for implementing systems changes and other tasks
  • Develops and maintains training materials
  • Conducts employee training
  • Populates own databases during initial system build and assists in software code upgrades
  • Assists in evaluation of operational needs; validates workflows, build, and configuration based on application requirements
  • Develops learning tools / job aides to support new operational workflows and system changes
  • Excellent issue resolution skills
  • Experience coordinating work with other teams across a program
  • Excellent communication skills & high degree of aptitude - will be working with executives and customers!

    • Essential Functions :

  • Understanding the choices involved in application configuration
  • Developing / documenting procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks
  • Serving as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors
  • Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users
  • Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications
  • Preparing details of specifications as needed
