Job Description
At Medasource, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Medical Affairs Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing global medical affairs strategies that meet prioritized regional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate an Integrated Evidence Generation Plan that meets prioritized regional needs
- Provide medical affairs input into product development and life-cycle management
- Manage the Global Medical Affairs Team
- Develop and execute publication strategies/global publication plans
- Partner in preparing robust Integrated Evidence Generation Plans for compounds in development that reflect prioritized regional and local needs
- Manage the scientific communication and publication process, ensuring compliance with Cross-Pharma Publication SOPs
- Supervise the ReCAP process for Medical Affairs studies, ensuring consistent implementation and due diligence activities
- Supervise TA/Product performance metrics and develop plans to address any performance deviations
- Maintain developed processes and updates, focusing on well-established processes with functional/cross-functional alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Experience in a medical, clinical, or scientific environment is essential
- Project leadership skills, including strong organizational skills and ability to drive projects forward to completion while maintaining focus on long-term strategy
- In-depth knowledge of study methodology, data analysis techniques, and critical review of publications is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in getting results in a highly complex and constantly evolving environment is required
