Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Strategist to join our team at Medasource. This role is responsible for generating integrated evidence generation plans that meet regional needs, providing medical affairs input into product development and life-cycle management, managing global medical affairs teams, and developing and executing publication strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical, clinical or scientific environment, with strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive projects forward to completion while maintaining focus on the long-term strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing evidence generation plans that meet regional needs
- Providing medical affairs input into product development and life-cycle management
- Managing global medical affairs teams
- Developing and executing publication strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical, clinical or scientific environment
- Strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive projects forward to completion
- Experience handling publication vendors and/or other medical affairs vendors (e.g., advisory boards) preferred
