What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll and Billing Associate position at Medasource?
In this role you will be assigned to large, complex projects with some of the largest payers and providers across the country. You will be the financial face of Medasource and work alongside our clients to solve billing issues, ensure proper invoicing, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. This individual will support in set up of major customers for success and ongoing education for our sales team and Eight Eleven Finance team on billing and collections processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience working in an operations/finance capacity
- Outstanding communication skills and innate ability to connect with people
- Competitive, motivated spirit and desire to succeed
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and customized billing – gaining access to customers that could potentially have high volume
- Support Sales team with seamless billing and invoicing procedures
- Engage with Finance/Billing/HR/Operations teams at our clients to ensure proper execution
- Build relationships with internal Leaders and Account Executives to escalate issues and triage challenging customer requests
- Audit PSA and SOW Billing
- Supplement continuity of experience to ALL Medasource customer
- Works with CEM (Client Engagement Manager) for project-specific tasks and Eight Eleven Accounting
- Works with EEG operations for best practices, and change management
- All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company and/or typical for the position.
