WHAT YOU WILL DO
- User and License Management: Manage user onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- End User Support: Assist users with Salesforce functionalities conduct basic training sessions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, resolve duplicate records, and maintain data integrity
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Implementation Teams to enhance the lead process reporting, and workflow automation.
- System Configuration: Configure Salesforce features, including user management, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards
- Impact Assessment: Support business teams in evaluating how new Salesforce updates impact processes and integration
- Integration Support: Assist in the maintenance of existing Salesforce integrations and connected applications (no deep technical development required).
- Defect Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolutions.
- Best Practice Implementation: Research and recommend Salesforce best practices to improve user efficiency and business processes.
WHAT WE NEED :
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Lightning & Sales Cloud preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions (understanding workflows, automations, and reporting).
- Experience with basic Salesforce automation (e.g., Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
- Exposure to Salesforce-connected tools (e.g., DataLoader, RingLead, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Sales Engage, CPQ preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn advanced Salesforce functionalities over time.
- Experience working with the following Salesforce connected apps is a plus (such as DataLoader, RingLead, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot, Sales Engage, Walnut, Pendo, ZoomInfo - Marketing and Sales OS and Definitive Healthcare Connect).

Salary Range: 85K - 89K
At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
