What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Course Range Attendant position at MEDC: Tribal One?
Under the guidance of the Director- Medford Operations, the Range Attendant will perform the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have the stamina and dedication to reliability work in all weather conditions.
- Picking driving range golf balls mechanically (or manually when required).
- Cleaning golf balls with an automated system.
- Preparing the range for customer use.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation and other Perks: $15.50-$17.00/hour (depending on experience), flexible schedule, free golf and driving range use, free bowling and discounted golf merchandise.
Required Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- One (1) year experience in a range attendant role.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of golf course equipment, tools and goods.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with drug-free workplace policies.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements (as required by OSHA and ADA):
- Occasionally work in wet or humid weather conditions.
- Frequently work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts.
- Must be able to carry loads and ability to lift 25 pounds.
